you can start where you are

Whether you want to lose 10 lbs. or 100 lbs., you will get the tools you need to feel comfortable in your body and confident in your life. Some of my clients have no weight issues but want to change the way they view themselves and stop their critical self-talk. Some have lost the weight but live in fear that it will come back. No matter where you are, you will feel challenged, supported, and inspired as you make changes in your life.

you will transform yourself from the inside out

The weight that you are carrying around that has nothing to do with your physical body is the real issue that needs to be addressed. You are stuck in patterns that are not serving you and I can show you ways to shift your mindset so that you are thinking and strategizing like a CEO. You will take charge of your life in a powerful and profound way. You will expand your capabilities AND your ideas about what is possible for you. Any weight that you don’t need will drop away without effort.

you will get to know yourself

Your relationship with yourself is the most important relationship you will ever have. It affects everything you do and everyone around you. I will help you become more connected with your body and more aware of what is happening in your brain. You will learn to redirect your thoughts and feelings so they no longer sabotage you but instead support the life that you want to create. By transforming your relationship with yourself, you will expand your ability to give more fully in all of your other relationships.

I struggled with my weight for so many years. I tried diet after diet, starving myself by using willpower and trying with all my might to become skinny. I thought it would solve all my problems. I calculated how much weight I could lose week by week and wrote it in my calendar book. I was desperately unhappy with my body and extremely motivated to eat healthy foods and lose weight. I lost weight but was hungry and miserable as I did. Then, because diets are restrictive, extreme, and unsustainable, I always gained all the weight back, and with each diet, ended up at a higher weight than before I started. Eventually, I had gained about 60 lbs and was intensely uncomfortable in my body and felt like an utter failure in life.

Finally, I reached the point where I wanted to get off the diet rollercoaster more than I wanted to be at my “ideal” weight (which, looking back, was so low that it was ridiculous). I began by working on reconnecting with my physical hunger and being kind to myself - two concepts that completely go out the window with diet mentality. I let go of the idea that some foods are “good” and some are “bad.” I stopped beating myself up for eating cookies. I lost weight without being hungry all the time. I learned that trying to eat “perfectly” always backfires, and that making mistakes is part of life. I figured out how to eat ice cream and still be fit and healthy.

More importantly, I evolved as a person. I set better boundaries. I acknowledged my feelings instead of stuffing them down with food. I worked at viewing myself as worthy and enough, just as I am. I stopped shackling my self-esteem to a number on the scale.

Now, I feel in complete control of food and I live in deep trust that extra weight is not coming back. I want to share my hard-earned knowledge with you so that you can live in the same state of trust. My dream is that the world is filled with people who love their bodies and know how to create the life they most desire!
