Lessons Learned from a Homeless Shelter

I taught yoga at a homeless shelter once a week for a year. I recorded this episode about it not to say - Hey look how selfless I am - but to talk about the 3 lessons that I learned (and re-learned) that are so easy to forget.

Learning these lessons or being reminded of them will help you in your weight loss efforts. It can be hard to have these concepts front-of-mind and implement them on a daily basis when you are a busy lawyer. But take the time to explore the questions that I pose for you, and notice how the actions that you take change in a way that supports your weight loss without effort.
