I have noticed that everything in my life gets better when I do that. Everything.
I feel healthier, my relationships seem easy, I walk around with more happiness and less stress.
What are your priorities? Are you scheduling them? Making time for them?
If losing weight is truly a priority for you, you need to invest the time and energy into scheduling what you need to do to lose weight. Instead of believing your habit brain that insists that you don't have time.
You probably don't need to do everything that you think you need to do.
