Down 30 Lbs. Already: Client Interview with Katie Owens
Katie's inspiring journey to lose 50 lbs. is the heart of our latest Scales of Wellness podcast episode. Katie is a goal-oriented lawyer (aren't we all!) whose dedication to her career had led her to a place where she prioritized work over everything, and her main source of comfort was food.
