It's January and a great time to try something new that pushes you out of your comfort zone. Any kind of hot and spicy food pushes me WAY out of my comfort zone, but especially the hot sauces we used in this episode. This is SERIOUS!

I also had no idea what Nolan was planning for his interview questions. But why not take risks in life (calculated risks and not reckless ones, of course)? That's the only way we grow as human beings.
